Extremely poor experience with my claim with acko. No updates and extreme delay in claim processing.
When I ask for a callback I don't receive any and they claim they tried calling. So much for all the claims from acko about quick claim processing

Extremely poor cust service. I am trying to return an item since a month and it's not been picked up.not a single attempt made to pick the item.everytime I call a new return req gets created and the cust service reps are extremely rude and unwilling to help.disgusting

Want to highlight the pathetic nature of customer service from Eureka Forbes.
Got my water purifier serviced last week frm authorised technician.
Imediately after the service there was water leakage . Hv raised complnt but no resolution since a week

@HPIndia This is beyond imagination abt how casual @HPIndia can be..a new printer not working within 4 mths and been over 2 mths and issue nt resolved..and they seem least concerned..just simply refund my amt and I will buy a better brand this time

Would like to highlight the horror experience I am having with HP service for my printer.
Been over a month my new printer is not working and my issue is nt resolved. Utterly unprofessional behavior and responses from HP support and service centre.

As advised by HP India I sent a pvt msg explaining the details.
But no point doing that and it's back to square one..no.updates no resolution..
Just false promises that this is being looked into.
Is this how HP handles cust service.45 days since an issue is raised fr new printer
