Cust-care people say its pending with Air India website team or finance team - but there is no way to contact them. My CAD 4697 are pending with AirIndia

I am not getting response from @AirIndia regarding my refund and the cust-care does not care. They just keep asking me to wait for 14-15 days every time I call. Can you suggest a way i can get my money back
