@Nik_Acharya @thehawkeyex @MoCA_GoI @Urrmi_ Other way round, airlines saves a lot in terms of manpower cost, by allowing passengers book tickets online! They should rather offer discount to passengers opting for online booking. See Indian Railways give 3% bonus on UTS recharge!

@LekhakAnurag @madhukishwar @reliancejio But when @Airtel_Presence wrongly installed my wi-fi connection as for B2C user rather than requested B2B user and paid annual subscription of ₹ 12K at one go, they came out with solution... fresh B2B connection on fresh payment of ₹ 12K with assurance of refund for earlier 1/2
