Supreme Court issues 10 directions to speed up trials in dowry-related cases and improve enforcement of laws dealing with dowry deaths and cruelty against women
Watch this to learn what the directions are.
Only 23 convictions.
Out of 9,950 Section 498A cases tried in five major Delhi district courts between 2021 and 2024.
That’s not a typing error.
That’s 0.23%.
RTI data lays it bare:
• Total cases tried: 9,950
• Convictions: 23
• Acquittals: 736
• Thousands more withdrawn or quashed by the Delhi High Court
Nearly 10,000 families dragged through years of police stations, court dates, social stigma, job loss, and mental breakdown… for a conviction rate lower than a lottery ticket.
This is not a law protecting women. This is a law that has turned into a pressure tool, a settlement weapon, and a career destroyer for men who cannot buy their way out.
When 99.77% of cases end without conviction, the problem is not “poor investigation.” The problem is the law itself and how easily it is filed.
Numbers don’t lie. The system just pretends not to see them.
Karnataka: Daughter of the KPSC Chairman got selected after declaring family’s annual income as ₹40K while her father, the Chairman himself, earns ₹2.17 L a month!

Bombay High Court has made an important observation.
If both husband and wife are earning, then financial responsibilities cannot automatically be shifted only onto the husband.
A spouse cannot insist on enjoying a premium lifestyle solely at the husband’s expense while refusing to share the burden of EMIs or other financial obligations.
Marriage is a partnership, not a one-sided financial arrangement.
Courts are increasingly emphasizing that rights should be accompanied by responsibilities, and the earning capacity and financial contribution of both spouses are relevant while deciding maintenance and other matrimonial disputes.
This is a welcome reminder that equality is not just about claiming benefits—it also means sharing responsibilities.
Pune Family Court: “A child is unsafe with a woman who doesn’t care about her husband.”
Interim custody of a 10-year-old granted to the father. Court noted the wife filed multiple cases but showed zero intent to fix the marriage, failed basic marital responsibilities, and was poisoning the child’s mind against his dad.

A wife has three children and is claiming maintenance in court.
The husband says one of the children is not biologically his.
The wife herself admits that the child is not his.
Yet, the court refuses to order a DNA test.
This is how the legal system works in many paternity disputes—biological truth may not always be determined through DNA testing, depending on the facts of the case and the court’s legal reasoning.
Justice should be based on facts, not assumptions.
The law should have first thrown this woman in jail for committing bigamy. Feminists always whine that rural and uneducated women are unaware of their rights. Yet, this woman is the so-called wife of a mason. This proves that whether a woman is from an urban area or a rural region, both are heavily misusing the law. Meanwhile, @narendramodi is on a mission to make India a 'Vishwaguru'...!

A woman came to the Supreme Court to claim alimony in divorce.
She lost the divorce case on the grounds of adultery.
Shamelessly, she came to the Supreme Court after a couple of years to claim alimony as a reward for her own adultery.
And moreover, when the Court dismissed the case, the counsel started crying about her having kids.
This is how women use kids to grab money like real ‘gold diggers’.
First they get into affairs and don’t care about the future of their kids, and when caught, they claim rewards citing the kids.
(Disclaimer- Don’t get lured by claims of advocates that you as husband can prove adultery of wife & get alimony free divorce, its rarest of the rare)
Just read carefully between the lines..
You will know the reality.
When it’s husband in adultery they allow everything.
When its wife into adultery they scream “How dare you record”
Warning: Extremely Disturbing Visuals. You may end up puking while watching these visuals.
Abla Nari Ruby from Agra in UP buried her husband Surendra Kumar Sharma alive under the floor of the Bathroom. Ruby fed her husband *kheer* laced with sleeping pills. Then she dug the bathroom floor and buried her husband there after he became unconscious.
Next day she went to the Police station and lodged a missing person complaint for her husband. Almost after 45 days Police managed to dug out the dead body of Surendra Sharma buried 3 feet below the commode. Can this be more horrible and Gruesome?
Few things many are not aware of and some ignore…
Whenever you get a call from CAW Cell, Police Station, or Bharosa Cell (Crime Against Women Cell),
Never go on a phone call and never appear without a written notice of appearance.
Secondly, just remember — do not give any statement there.
It’s just a mediation centre and not the investigation office or a court.
Never entertain any Streedhan request. Never sign anything. Never hand over anything.
Also, a pro tip… do time pass and no need to share much of your innocent story.
For the rest… connect and get trained with your nearby NGO like SIFF. Learn the laws and get the attitude to fight.

This entire case is completely fake. Let me explain how:-
1 In this case, the woman suddenly remembered after 15 years that her harassment had started just 15 days after the marriage.
2 Along with the husband, his mother and brother are also falsely accused. Everyone is dragged into the case solely to create pressure.
3 This woman did not file for divorce instead, she filed a criminal complaint. The motive is clearly to exert pressure.
4 If you read this woman's allegations, you will immediately understand that the entire case is fabricated. There is not a single allegation that she has left out.
This case can never be proven in any Indian court. However, the trial will still go on. The laws and the government of this country have turned marriages into a धन्धा ...!

Can any educated woman, especially an officer, really be raped continuously for two years?
At the same time, the woman is also alleging that the @IAF_MCC is protecting the male officer.
This is why I say that the armed forces should stay away from SIMPING and give a strong response to toxic feminism.
It is women like these who have made a mockery of rape allegations.
🚨 Important Information
Cybercrime victims will no longer need to visit multiple offices or banks to recover their frozen funds.
The Ministry of Home Affairs (I4C) has officially launched the new "Money Restoration Module" (MRM) under the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (NCRP). Citizens can now file their refund requests directly from the comfort of their homes.
*🔹 Key Eligibility & Legal Guidelines:*
*1️⃣ This portal (MRM) is strictly for victims who registered their complaint immediately via the 1930 Helpline or the NCRP portal and possess a 14-digit Registered Acknowledgement Number.*
*2️⃣ This module applies ONLY to cases where the defrauded money has been successfully 'Held' (Frozen) in the scammer's bank account.*
*⚠️ Important Note: This portal cannot process refunds if the criminals have already withdrawn or siphoned off the cash from the bank accounts.*
*⚖️ Categorized Rules for Fund Refund:*
*To ensure total transparency, the refund process is divided into three distinct legal categories based on the frozen amount:*
*Category 1 (Up to ₹50,000 frozen in a single bank account): If the held amount is up to ₹50,000 in one bank account, NO FIR or Court Order is required. The money will be refunded directly based on the Police Report/Indemnity Bond via the MRM portal.*
*Category 2 (Total amount exceeds ₹50,000, but is less than ₹50,000 per individual bank account): If the total frozen amount is more than ₹50,000 but distributed across different bank accounts (and does not exceed ₹50,000 in any single bank account), NO FIR or Court Order is required. A swift refund will be processed based on the police report.*
*Category 3 (More than ₹50,000 frozen in a single bank account): If the held amount exceeds ₹50,000 in a single bank account, lodging an FIR (First Information Report) is mandatory under the rules. Once the FIR is registered, the entire remaining legal refund process will be completed through this MRM portal.*
*💻 Online Application Process (5 Simple Steps):*
🔹 Step 1: Visit the official portal: https://t.co/IJKnDU3QrH
*🔹 Step 2: Click on 'Citizen Login' and log in using the mobile number registered in your original NCRP complaint via OTP.*
*🔹 Step 3: Go to 'Raise Refund Request', enter your 14-digit Complaint ID, and verify it with the OTP. The frozen amount will automatically display on the screen.*
*🔹 Step 4: Upload your PAN Card and enter the Bank Account Number and IFSC Code of the bank account where you wish to receive the refund.*
*🔹 Step 5: Tick the declaration checkbox and click Submit. Save the Unique Request ID (MR2026...) generated to track your application status.*
*👮 Legal Action by Police:*
*After the victim submits the request, the designated police team will upload the required Indemnity Bond/Notice on the portal as per the legal provisions of Section 106(3) BNSS.
Following this, the concerned bank will restore the funds directly to the victim's bank account.
*📢 : If you face any technical difficulties while generating the request, a step-by-step 'User Manual Guide' is available for download on the official link.
*👉 Beware of Middlemen: This entire process is 100% free, secure, and transparent. Never pay money to any unauthorized individual promising a refund.*
*👉 Help Desk Support: If you encounter any persistent errors while filling out the online form, visit your nearest police station or the district Cyber Cell for free assistance.*
