They want letter from brand owners this brand owners are so huge why they will give a letter we are buying from brand owner distributors and distributors are giving letter and invoices which Amazon don’t accept saying it’s not genuine so pathetic

@amznsellerhelp customer service is so adamant once they say no means no they don’t even bother to check whether the invoices are genuine or not i request Amazon to train them good just not to depend on bots so frustrating when u have genuine invoices and they say it’s not
