@British_Airways this was Tom Nulty at BA counter,Boston Logan airport.he extremely rudely said AA was responsible for this,even though tkt was thru BA.airlines playing blame games and customer gets stuck In the middle.2nd such experience on BA.horrible! #badcustomerservice

@British_Airways just had the worst experience with your team at the Boston airport.flight from cancun delayed and they decided to downgrade us and first thing supervisor SCREAMED at us was ‘you either get in economy or get off this flight’
