And no one literally cared when the murderer walked out of jail yesterday.

Rocky Yadav, son of mafia Bindi Yadav & JD(U) MLC Manorama, shot dead Aditya (then a 18yo class12 student) over a petty matter of car-overtaking.

Aditya was not even driving the car.

In 2016, Aditya Sachdeva & his friends were returning after a bday celebration in a SwiftDzire car being driven by one friend Md Naseer when they 'failed' to give side to Rocky’s Range Rover for overtake on a narrow road of Gaya (Bihar).

Rocky and his accomplices chased them down and despite requesting for mercy they trashed Naseer. When they all tried to escape, Rocky openly sprayed the car with bullets, one of which hit Aditya.

The story rocked the nation and media runs the story 24x7. State, under pressure arrested Rocky after 3 days and run the fast-trial court.

Within 15 months Rocky was convicted & given life imprisonment by session court.

Media celebrated & parents thanked the justice system, little aware of Indian judiciary system and political muscle power!

Time lapsed to 2023.
On Wednesday, Patna HC overruled conviction and acquitted Rocky 'lack of evidence'. No need to mention how the witnesses made to turn hostile and the state prosecution failed to pursue the case.

On perfect timing, yesterday when entire media and social media was talking Manipur, Rocky walked out of jail and reached his residence without being chased by a single media person.

This is criminal justice system & the state failure that mocks a Sachdeva parents everyday in some corner of the nation!

लड़की थी, नहीं लड़ पाई! क्यूंकि राजस्थान में कांग्रेस की सरकार है।
