I have couple of orders that have been placed, got a confirmation but no progress on the deliveries , been way past the delivery window.
No email/no updates. what's the point of the sale when you can't receive the order :(

@CraghoppersUK I have requested a refund for an order and I have not received a refund yet. It’s been more than 2-3 weeks now. This is very poor customer service. I had been reaching out to the support team and even the chat option does not work.

Web chat doesn’t work. There is no phone number to call. And your agents don’t reply to emails even after 48 hours promise

Had a delivery order
Got a call that driver isn’t in and I had to come collect
Went in a collected waiting 30mins . Was told would be refunded didn’t even get the delivery refunded
This should be the least thing to do as a courtesy without me having to follow up!
