@royalenfield @RE_Care I am reporting a serious fraud. My motorcycle is parked at my home, yet I received an official SMS stating it has been "Inwarded" for service at an authorized center (ID: CAS-104434650-X4K8B0). How is this possible without the bike? Please investigate this

Extremely disappointed with @royalenfield Gamharia, Seraikela (Jharkhand) Service Center. Their staff took advance payment but damaged my bike further instead of fixing it. Now, the showroom is unresponsive. This is pure harassment. Please look into this! @RE_Help @royalenfield
