@BlueDart_ it is mind boggling how your staff in Yelahanka, Bangalore branch post false tracking status blaming the consignee, to escape delay from their end, for bank card shipments I was to receive from @ICICIBank and @KotakBankLtd in the last month. Hope they blacklist you.
@deepti0502@LehTours Yes, same from Bangalore, had spent weeks looking for air ticket but its inflated beyond imagination. One can easily fly to Almaty for a much cheaper price, and get a comparable if not better experience !
@ICICIBank_Care Where is the revert from your official ? You have just copy/pasted a generic response and left it at that ? Have you even attempted to understand what the issue is ?
@ICICIBank_Care the Level 2 complaint submission form at ICICI - Contact Us is not working. Kindly fix this, as otherwise how can customers escalate a complaint to Level 2 ?

@BlueDart_ the delivery team at your Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru branch deserve to be sacked. Waybill 35983326433 they have the audacity to mark it as Consignee refused ID/OTP while they haven't even attempted any delivery or even reached my apartment !
Its serious misdoing and unacceptable, to lie in the tracking system and blame the consignee while the delivery guy is sitting pretty in his office. I already updated my Bank to blacklist you guys and take action against you
