मुख्यमंत्री जी यदि सक्रिय, सचेत और सजग होते तो उनके संज्ञानार्थ भी भेज देते लेकिन हमेशा के लिए जानेवालों से, चला-चली की इस अंतिम बेला में क्या तो शिकायत करें और क्या ही अपेक्षा। जो दस साल में नहीं जागे वो आख़िरी के चंद महीनों में क्या ही कर लेंगे। ये वीडियो देखकर वो कोई सुधार तो करेंगे नहीं बल्कि या तो किसी की नौकरी ले लेंगे या फिर एफ़आइआर करवा देंगे।

When the state decides it needs more control over every last foreign rupee that reaches a school, hospital or charity, the real question is not “regulation” — it is intent.

The FCRA amendment bill is being readied again. Christian organisations across the world are raising the alarm because they see what many in India prefer not to say out loud: this is not neutral housekeeping. It is about giving the government sweeping powers over the assets and functioning of NGOs — including churches, hospitals, schools and charities that have long depended on foreign contributions to serve the poorest.

Once the state can freeze, seize or dictate the use of those resources at will, independent institutions stop being independent. They become tenants of official goodwill. And history shows that goodwill is rarely extended equally to everyone.

Transparency in foreign funding is necessary. Using regulation as a tool to shrink the space of minority-run institutions is something else entirely. The world is watching.

So should every Indian who still believes the Constitution protects the right of communities to run their own educational and charitable work without living under permanent suspicion? In a Nation where the PM doesn’t account/audit for his own PM Cares Fund, questions every other Fund, another epic hypocrisy.

सरकार इनकी सुविधा के लिए रास्ता बनाती है, गुलाब के फूल बरसाती है फिर भी इनकी हिंसा को रोकने का इक़बाल नहीं रखती। समाजसेवी संगठन भी इंतज़ाम करते हैं। कैंप लगाते हैं। तब भी ये लोग हिंसा करने से बाज़ नहीं आते। कहने का मतलब है कि ये लोग राज्य और समाज दोनों से शिकायत नहीं कर सकते कि किसी ने परवाह नहीं की, फिर इनके भीतर इतनी हिंसा क्यों भरी है।

हर साल का यही हाल है। इन लोगों का फेस रिकॉग्निशन से रिकॉर्ड नहीं निकाला जाता है? पुलिस क्यों नहीं इनके घर चली जाती है? कम से कम इन सभी को एक गाइड लाइन पकड़ा देती कि कोई दिक्कत हो तो रास्ते भर पुलिस खड़ी है। आप पुलिस को बुलाइये। ख़ुद से मारपीट और तोड़ फोड़ मत कीजिए। कुछ तो काउंसलिंग करनी चाहिए और फिर कार्रवाई भी। कब तक स्टेट एक्शन नहीं लेगा और ये लोग हिंसा करते रहेंगे। इन्हें ये सब करने के लिए आप जेन ज़ी को दोष नहीं दे सकते। कई जेनरेशन से हो रहा है।

TDP is in power & YSRCP is in opposition in Andhra.

YSRCP targeted Education Minister @naralokesh over alleged DSC exam lapses in Andhra. The party staged a protest across the state demanding the resignation of IT and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh over the alleged irregularities in the recently conducted District Selection Committee (DSC) examinations.

The News Agency @PTI_News didn't cover the protest, They didn't put out any statement by the opposition party. But soon after @ysjagan's statement on X, They immediately reach out to the members of Party in Power (TDP) to get their statements denying the claims by the YSRCP (opposition).
