@libsoftiktok rent CONTROL is a MYTH...it is the remnants of the 70s with just 22k apartments (same tenants from the 70s). rent STABILIZATION is ~1M apartments and in two years the rent will go up. everyone else just rents from a regular landlord who offers leases at their discretion.
