Our apartment building was built without fire breaks, despite them being in the plans. Although our developer/constructor are entirely responsible for this (and hid it) my service charge is £45k for this year in order to pay my share to put it right, cheers @RobertJenrick

@themoneypanel A Kong toy is an essential, but most of all take some time before the puppy arrives to enjoy a lie in, have a nice meal, take a long bath. Make sure your mental health is in a good place. Get a nice moisturising hand soap. Your going to want to be washing your hands a lot.
