@Safaricom_Care How comes my fuliza limit is zero when January this year alone I've used more than 100k . please let me hear from your end. Coz to date my usage exceeds 700k.. aki munani boo sana.

@Safaricom_Care Hi safcom am a loyal subscriber for more than a decades but unfortunately my fuliza limit never changed from 500ksh until last year June I opted out and immediately opted in again to see if things will change. To my surprise until today it's indicating zero.
