A woman has just given birth.

Everybody is happy. Then suddenly, she starts bleeding.

This is postpartum haemorrhage, and when it happens, no one has time to ask where the drug, tranexamic acid or TXA is.

That drug, Tranexamic acid can help reduce deaths from bleeding when it is given early after PPH starts.

So if a facility is providing emergency obstetric care, TXA should not be something they start looking for when the emergency has started.

It should be there.

As a man, if your wife is preparing to give birth, ask if the facility has TXA available. Same thing if you���re pregnant and preparing for delivery.

Ask questions. Know what is available.

Prepare before the emergency comes.

Something still marvels me about the Quran to this day. I wonder how a book could be so audacious.

Imagine opening a book, and the first line you hit is:

ذلك الكتاب لا ريب فيه
"This is the Book about which there is no doubt."

We all know that when a human writes, we almost always start with an apology in the preface. We say we tried our best, but any mistakes are ours.

The Quran does the exact opposite of that. It did not offer a disclaimer. It offered a finality. It says: there is no mistake, nor doubt about my authenticity. Anything you read and find in me, rest assured, it is nothing but the truth.

The shutdown of the possibility of error before a single story is even told is the ultimate audacious power move.

For the past 1440+ years since the Quran was sent down, NO ONE has been able to find a mistake. They’ve only been running in circles.

This is what gives me audacity. It gives me confidence in my ability to recite the Quran without fear anywhere.

May the Almighty make you and me from the people of the Quran 🙏👏🏿

1. Dua of Adam (AS)

رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ

Rabbana zalamna anfusana wa-in lam taghfir lana wa-tarhamna lanakunanna minal-khasirin.

Meaning:
“Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.”
Surah Al-A‘raf: 23

2. Dua of Nuh (AS)

رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِمَن دَخَلَ بَيْتِيَ مُؤْمِنًا وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ

Rabbi ighfir li wa li-walidayya wa liman dakhala baytiya mu’minan wa lil-mu’minina wal-mu’minat.

Meaning:
“My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my house as a believer, and all believing men and believing women.”
Surah Nuh: 28

3. Dua of Ayyub (AS)

رَبِّ إِنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ

Rabbi inni massaniyad-durru wa anta arhamur-rahimin.

Meaning:
“My Lord, indeed hardship has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.”
Surah Al-Anbiya: 83

رَبَّنَا افْتَحْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ قَوْمِنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْفَاتِحِينَ

Rabbana iftah baynana wa bayna qawmina bil-haqqi wa anta khayrul-fatihin.

Meaning:
“Our Lord, decide between us and our people in truth, and You are the best of those who give judgment.”
Surah Al-A‘raf: 89

5. Dua of Musa (AS)

رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ

Rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqir.

Meaning:
“My Lord, indeed I am in desperate need of whatever good You send down to me.”
Surah Al-Qasas: 24

6. Dua of Zakariya (AS)

رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ

Rabbi la tadhar-ni fardan wa anta khayrul-warithin.

Meaning:
“My Lord, do not leave me alone [without offspring], though You are the best of inheritors.”
Surah Al-Anbiya: 89

إِنَّمَا أَشْكُو بَثِّي وَحُزْنِي إِلَى اللَّهِ

Innama ashku baththi wa huzni ila Allah.

Meaning:
“I only complain of my suffering and my grief to Allah.”
Surah Yusuf: 86

8. Dua of Yunus (AS)

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ

La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimin.

“There is no deity except You; glory be to You. Indeed, I was among the wrongdoers.” Surah Al-Anbiya: 87

9. Dua of Yusuf (AS)

أَنتَ وَلِتِي فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ تَوَفَّنِي مُسْلِمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّالِحِينَ

Anta waliyyi fid-dunya wal-akhirati tawaffani musliman wa alhiqni bis-salihin.

Meaning:
“You are my Protector in this world and the Hereafter. Cause me to die as a Muslim and join me with the righteous.”
Surah Yusuf: 101

10. Dua of Ibrahim (AS)

رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِي رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ

Rabbi ij‘alni muqimas-salati wa min dhurriyyati, rabbana wa taqabbal du‘a’.

Meaning:
“My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and from my descendants as well. Our Lord, accept my supplication.”
Surah Ibrahim: 40

11. Dua of Isa (AS)

رَبَّنَا أُنزِلْ عَلَيْنَا مَا بِدَةً مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ تَكُونُ لَنَا عِيدًا لِأَوَّلِنَا وَآخِرِنَا وَآيَةً مِنكَ وَارْزُقْنَا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ

Rabbana anzil ‘alayna ma’idatan mina-s-sama’i takunu lana ‘idan li-awwalina wa akhirina wa ayatan minka warzuqna wa anta khayrur-raziqin.

Meaning:
“O Allah, our Lord, send down to us a table spread with food from the heaven to be for us a festival for the first of us and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us, for You are the best of providers.”
Surah Al-Ma’idah: 114

12. Dua of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

O Allah, our Lord, send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven to be for us a festival for the first of us and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us, and You are the best of providers [2/2]

6. Rabbana aatina fiddunya hasanatan wafil akhirati hasanatan waqina adhabannaar

Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire [2:201]

7. Rabbi ‘inni limaa ‘anzalta ‘ilayya min khairin-faqeer

O my Lord! I am indeed needy of whatever good You may send to me [28:24]

8. Allahumma barik lana fima razaqtana wa-qina adhaban-naar. Bismillah

O Allah! Bless (the food) You provided us and save us from the punishment of the Hellfire. In the Name of Allah [Tirmidhi]

9. Allahumma inni a‛udhu bika minal hammi wal-ḥazan, wal-‛ajzi wal-kasal, wal-bukhli wal-jubn, wa ḍala‛id-dai-ni, wa ghalaba-tir-rijaal [1/2]

O Allah, I take refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being overpowered by men. (Abu Dawud) [2/2]

10. Allahumma akfini bi halallika ‘an haraamika, wa aghnini bi fadlika ‘amman siwaka

O Allah! Provide me with lawful (Halal) livelihood, adequate to my needs instead of the unlawful (Haram), and make me suffice with Your graces needing nothing from anyone else [Tirmidhi]

HOW DO THE DEAD REALIZE THEY ARE DEAD?

Innalillahi wa Innailaihi Rajiun!!!

The dead person does not realize that he died at the beginning. He feels himself dreaming of death, he sees himself crying, bathing, knotting himself, and going down to the grave.

He always has the impression of dreaming when he is piled up on the ground. He then screams but no one hears his scream.

Later, when everyone is dispersed and left alone underground, Allah restores his soul. He opens his eyes and wakes up from his "bad dream". At first, he is happy and grateful that what he was going through was just a nightmare, and now he is awake from his sleep. Then he begins to touch his body, which has just been wrapped in a cloth, questioning it with surprise;

"Where's my shirt, where are my underwear?"

Then he continues: "Where am I, where is this place, why the smell of dirt and mud everywhere, what am I doing here?"

Then he begins to realize that he is underground, and what he is experiencing is not a dream! Yes, he realized he was dead.*

He shouts as loudly as possible, and calls: his relatives who, according to him, could save him:

"Abdulrazaq... !!!!"
"Yusuf.... !!!!"
"Abdullahi .... !!!!"
"Khadijah .... !!!!"
"Aisha .... !!!!"
"Uthman .... !!!!"
"Adam....!!!!"
No one answers him. He then remembers that Allah is the only hope right now. He weeps for Him and implores Him while asking His forgiveness;
"Yaa Allah! Yaa Allah! Forgive me, Yaa Allah...!!!

He screams in an incredible fear that he had never felt before, during his lifetime.

If he is a good person, two angels with smiling faces will sit him down to comfort him, and then do him the best service.

If he is a bad person, two angels will increase his fear and torture him according to his ugly acts.

Oh Allah, forgive my sins and the sins of my mother, father, wife, children, and all my family and friends.

Brothers and sisters in Islam, you have two options here:

1. Let this little knowledge only be read here and nothing happens.

2. Turn a new leaf and return to our God by asking forgiveness and doing good deeds

Police cannot arrest you because you refused to unlock your phone. Know your rights.

Let’s get this straight. your phone is not an open book for law enforcement to flip through at will.

In Nigeria, your phone contains your private life, messages, photos, financial apps, confidential conversations. The law recognizes this as part of your right to privacy under Section 37 of the 1999 Constitution.

So what happens when a police officer demands, “Unlock your phone!”?

Here’s the truth:

👉 You are not legally obligated to unlock your phone on demand.A police officer cannot force you to grant access to your device without proper legal backing.

👉 Refusing to unlock your phone is NOT a https://t.co/VaYUHQeYjZ does not amount to obstruction, and it is not a lawful ground for arrest.

👉 For your phone to be searched legally, there must be:

A valid court order (search warrant), OR

A situation clearly backed by law (e.g., strong suspicion linked to a specific crime but even then, due process must be followed)

👉 Intimidation is not the law.Statements like “If you don’t unlock it, we’ll lock you up” are tactics not legal authority.

But let’s be balanced:

✔️ Do not become aggressive or disrespectful
✔️ Ask calmly: “Officer, do you have a warrant?”
✔️ Comply with lawful arrest if it arises but assert your rights clearly

Important reality check:While the law is on your side, some officers may still act outside it. Your safety matters. If you feel threatened, comply under protest and document everything later for legal action.

Bottom line:Your rights don’t disappear because you’re stopped by the police. Ignorance is what gives room for abuseknowledge is your first line of defense.
