i love the remake but its a shame they ignored the feedback on the forerunner stuff. Since project foundry i remember people saying that was way too shiny, then back again and the reveal, and ofc now. They have tweaked it a bit since foundry, but its still too shiny for my liking

@W0RTED_ @poisonvirgoo I was using the H3 ODST preorder trailer as an example of what in my opinion is good writing that makes it feel like media specific to Halo, not that it was a similar speech hut that it succeeded in what this trailer is trying to do.

@W0RTED_ @poisonvirgoo dude him glazing the chief was like 1/5th of my problem in the first place, his whole speech in the trailer seems uninteresting and poorly written and cliche like something i could hear from anywhere else and ODST feels unique to Halo that's my point, fuck this chief conversation

@W0RTED_ @poisonvirgoo look man either way if he glazes the ODSTs by saying they're the best of the best that's fine, he's not telling you to soley rely on them but to be one and fight as one, it's alot more down to earth that way in my opinion
