The contract was signed by Secretary H.E. Mr. Jose Francisco Kiko B. Benitez, Director General, TESDA, and Mr. Shalender Sharma, Director, Education and Skills Development, IPE Global. Ambassador noted that the project would contribute in developing an inclusive and advanced skilling environment in the Philippines that meets the needs of the rapidly changing industry and innovation landscape.
