Can anyone explain the logic of announcing the final boarding call for a 1045hrs departure flight at 1000hrs and then just making passengers sit in the plane for well over an hour ….while they refuel…absurd logic! @IndiGo6E

The pilot just coolly announced that “No delay from our side, we’re waiting due to congestion “ LOL! Fuelling was on till 1040hrs…
And now the flight crew jumps in to say “sorry not our fault, beyond our control”
