@Qantas 6 hours ON HOLD - just to have the call centre hang up on my after putting me on mute for 60 secs. Utterly disgusted.
This is 15+ hs of being on hold in the last week to change my flight that YOU changed - WITHOUT SUCCESS. #FML.

@Qantas I've been on hold for over 5 hrs today, twice yesterday for over 2.5 hours & 2 last week for over 2 hrs. That's 14+ hrs on hold this week and still not got thru. You changed my flight and I can't decline your new flight suggestion online and book an alt flight. HELP!

Two talks that made the list were from the awesome folks at AWS. The SHOCK principle and the PID loop, in particular, definitely deserve a shoutout.
