Great to be out there today. Crazy U15 game, ended 5-5 after RBNY went up 5-1. RBNY U16s dominated.

Some players that impressed...

LCB, Malachi Joseph, RBNY (2011) was the most impressive today. Absolutely dominant, won every duel and recovery speed has improved.

DM, Jonathan David, RBNY (2012) played up with U16s and is a maestro in the midfield. RBNY always have great 6s

W, Jaxon Vereen, NYCFC (2012) for some reason was playing RB to start the game and didn't look comfortable there. Moved to LW and was too much for RBNY to handle. Had two high impact assists to jump start the comeback.

CB, Tyler Edwards, RBNY (2012) most talented player on the pitch. Incredibly smooth on the ball and has no problem defending in space.

CM, Ben McCaughrain, RBNY (2012) great footwork, instincts and flair, though he may hold on to it a little too long

W, Hassan Sakr, RBNY (2012) moved from FCC to RBNY and they have him playing out wide instead of as a free 8. He was tricky and effective, though I like him better centrally.

Last 24 years this time of year I’d be sweating it out on the field running preseason. Mostly excited during that time for the season ahead but also stressed and ending the summer early with my family. Not this year😁 life is good!
