Reading the xtian bible as an atheist, without the need for faith has been so interesting. Like god fumbles the bag from day one, Adam throws his wife under the bus (cue ‘men are trash’), and god commits mass genocide within the first seven chapters of the bible.😅

@jonathan_sasha Regarding church, it can be freeing to find a church that shares your values but if you’re in a church that doesn’t affirm you as a full human, then you’ll have a hard time finding true companionship. It all depends on you.

@jonathan_sasha \ and living as he instructed. Before I became an atheist I also just followed Christ, didn’t call myself a Christian but it was so vague that I realised that it doesn’t really matter if I believe or not. I don’t believe any of it anymore though. Follow your heart. ☺️

Honestly, I really love how the youth & queers have inspired the Church’s to mobilize and copy paste our organizing skills. Really cute. Now, same energy to your congregation who green light molestation, pastors who steal from your own home & those concealing GBV under their eyes
