12 days in a row with - with few hours of respite …. Few hours is 5-6 hours 12 days OUTAGE . So 12 days of outage and even the ceo @hansvestberg does not react .Verizon 5g outage in Long Beach 12 days @Verizon @sampathstech Verizon gives false info @leslieberland

All right . So no response . May be this is part of Verizon manual . I am certainly going to take this to the highest level . This is cheating and fraud and it has caused be immense financial damage. So I will make sure that it does not happen to other hapless Verizon customers

Now new episode . I was told router has been shipped and will reach on Thursday only to be told today there was no router on record being sent . When I confronted them on chat , they decided to go silent . May be that’s Verizon’s manual . If in troubled waters do not respond .

16 days and no solution . A replacement router was to be sent to reach latest by Thu . No sign of it . No internet from Verizon 16th day @Verizon @VerizonNews @VerizonSupport @hansvestberg @leslieberland @sampathstech . Amazing verizon !!!

15 days @Verizon outage . improvement is that the connection comes back fo 1 am and 7 am . @GetSpectrum @spectrumwhat’s the maximum outage in terms of no of days . Maybe Verizon has set a record @VerizonSupport .@hansvestberg well done @leslieberland and @sampathstech

One more day and the @verizon outage continues . The connection was back way past midnight for a few hours till the morning and now it’s back to blinking red . 13th day . @hansvestberg @leslieberland @sampathstech
