There are essential medicines for cancer for which MRP is ₹27000 and PTR (price to retailer) is ₹2700. That’s absolute rampage and carnage and broad day light dacoity with the patients. भारतीय जनता पार्टी इसका उत्सव मना रही है.
इतने में किसी को आपत्ति नहीं होनी चाहिए. हमें भी नहीं है.

लेकिन जब मुख्यमंत्री इसकी बैठक लेते हैं और फिर विभाग प्रमुख और कलेक्टर इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन करने लगते हैं तो आपत्ति होती है.

क्या यह कोई सरकारी कार्यक्रम है? विभागों को टारगेट क्यों दिया गया है?
अगर यह सरकारी कार्यक्रम है तो छत्तीसगढ़ में डेढ़ करोड़ से अधिक और रायपुर शहर में 25 लाख, रायपुर ज़िले में 31 लाख दीए जलाने का खर्च किस मद से किया जा रहा है?

दीया बाती कौन ख़रीद रहा है और तेल कौन लाएगा?
विभाग के सचिव और कलेक्टर साहेबान हिसाब किताब तैयार रखें. जनता को बताना तो होगा न कि दीए, बाती और तेल का खर्च किस मद से किया गया?
या तो स्वयं बता दीजिएगा या फिर हर सचिव/कलेक्टर से खर्च का हिसाब विधानसभा में मांगेंगे.
जनता के पैसों को इस तरह से व्यर्थ नहीं किया जा सकता.
