Ever just sit in your car when you get home to avoid the urgency you will need to pee when you stand up. I just won’t want to run to the door. But sitting longer will make it worse. Ugh

Ive dig myself to the bottom of the self pity ditch. The only thing there is self hatred. How did she navigate this life without scream crying like I’ve been all day. She told me not to cry when she was leaving me told me to be strong. I’m not going a good job of that.
