During her appearance before Parliament's #AdHocCommittee last year, EFF leader Julius Malema questioned IDAC head Andrea Johnson over why she had not contacted Lt-Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi after he alleged that someone in her office was feeding him information.

Johnson said she had not had time because she was preparing for her appearance before the committee.

This week, however, she admitted before the Madlanga Commission that she had been unprepared for that appearance.
