@ATT are hiring a bunch of scammers. Did the switcher deal at Costco where they harass you in the store until you sign up. Was told after 6 months I could switch off and not lose the promo. I wait 8 months and switch and then they charge me an extra 600 for canceling the promo!!

Now they are charging the wrong bank account repeatedly and now charging me 44$ in cancelation fees before I can even pay with the right card. They also told me the person in store can tell you whatever , it doesn’t matter. @ATT do better

I go to a store and they refuse to look into it saying they don’t cover billing. Customer support says you must have it for 12 months to not be charged, then I get all the way up to the “VP level customer service” and they tell me that’s not a thing at all and i needed 39 months!
