126k passengers tomorrow to pass through @DublinAirport. Just arrived back to this. Two dudes can splash water to each other and take a leak with no privacy. Such a shame #dublinairport
@KeralaBlasters Somehow this is the first season since the beginning im not really looking forward to the ISL season. Sorry but thats the sorry state of affairs we are in @NikhilB1818 But this is football unexpected happens at the most unexpected times. Only hopes 🤞
@avishek_g@sayakdd28 Agree! Applying little bit of futuristic needs can take us a long way. Looking to fix only the current needs are not enough anymore.
@Independent_ie It was ok for myself . Nothing worse like thrown around in the social media. This will really increase the quality of recycling I feel.
@IrishTimes Current levels of migration to a small country like Ireland isn’t healthy in a longer term. The benefits arising from economic migration could be offset easilyby the social issues involved in the migration. There needs to be more practical approach to the economic migration.
@IrishTimes Surprised not to see any comments from Indian diaspora here especially given the wholesome digital presence they have. Myself an Indian immigrant living here close to a decade now want to agree with a lot of comments here.
@RichardJoby12 That’s a very honest and the most practical question to ask. Well, I think not more than two more years. I think we are more competitive than we ever were in the league since Ivan took over. We need a trophy sooner than later now, being just competitive should be no longer enough
@alanbrogan13 Going by the official estimates increasing the efficiency from 50 to 90%. only 50% or 5 million of the bottles used are recycled currently. No doubt its a poor number.
The biggest challenge is with the individual players if you watch all 3 matches.
Technically, the Players are just not as good as the best in AFC. Period.
Continuing to rely on Sunil Chetri, a wonderful player and career who is 39yrs old playing as a #11 and Captain, shows lack of depth. This is no disrespect to Sunil as he’s served the Country very well.
If a Country is going to compete with the best in AFC then you need younger more experienced players. There is not even one Player in the Starting Eleven or on the Bench that play outside of India. There are no players playing in any top League around the World. This can only mean one thing, you’re not developing top players at the youngest ages.
The default will be that the Coaching Staff and Technical Dept., and Executive Leadership is to blame. The reality is this is a long time in the making. With the current Technical level, there is a limit to what great Coaching can produce. This is the reality.
India has over 100 Million Kids under the age of 6. Set a 10yr plan to develop the next Generation of Indian Players and focus on winning the AFC U16 Tournament or at least best 4. Then you qualify for the FIFA U17 World Cup, which is now going to be every year instead of every other year. This would actually be a believable goal that the Country, Media, and Brands could get behind.
Anything else and you will continue to get more of the same and point fingers at the wrong people!
Until Governing Bodies and Professional’s understand this, nothing will change! Develop a little army of little 6yr olds skilled at Ball Mastery before entering organized play and then watch how coachable these kids will be! Your Elite Player Pool will explode! 💣⚽️❤️🇮🇳
Football Starts at Home!
@curiousharry19 No one could have done a better job than Stimac with the limited resources available to his disposal. Atleast the playing style has improved under him and results may follow but have to wait. Changing him now will derail the current course and we would be back at square one.
@90ndstoppage What a joke!! Im from Kerala and i dont think there is enough money with the government as quoted to spend on such an event. It sure going to stir up a storm if it goes ahead i think.
