I was a licensed referee in the past. I don’t agree with overturning the red card after the match has ended.

FIFA or UEFA in its current form not able to stop the reversal of the red card.

Privatization has to be handled differently. UEFA etc have the power to negotiate and get it towards welfare of the players.
