Tried to upgrade with @VodafoneUK on Monday. Transferred to the wrong department 4 times. Then promised a call back within 24 hours as nobody available in the required department. It's now over 48 hours and no call back. Is this the service you get for being with them over 20 yrs

Absolutely appalling service from @SkyUK . Due install of full fibre this morning. Issues on site that mean install is delayed. After 2 promised call backs, I am still waiting for them to phone and inform me of what is happening. #shitshow
