[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@boostmobile why can’t I recharge my service??
Keeps coming up with an error message

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia why do drivers accept then cancel minutes later? #Frustrating

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia I'm getting sick of your drivers asking where I'm going!!! This needs to stop.

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia Thank you. I just sent you guys a DM

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia he just assulted me. He pulled me out of the car and dragged me along the road.
Please help I've call police

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia hes pulling me out the car hes crazy

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia he's now not accepting my job!!!

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia thank you! Don't think he will be happy when i get in. But fair is fair! Drivers shouldn't ask where you're going!

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia he's rang twice asking where I'm going? I told him city but only 6km away! Worried he will cancel. Like the rest of them.

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia is this acceptable?

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia it's happening alot lately. I use you guys once or twice a day. I feel like your service is now on par taxi's
IE #terrible

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia I am so sick of drivers accepting a job, then calling me asking where im going. Then cancelling the job!

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia please explain?

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia so if i cancel i get charged $10 but if your driver cancels after calling me asking address there's no penalty?

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

Should i put up with the bad customer service?

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia so one off your drivers. Just cancelled my trip over the phone. Daily user only to get call from driver refusing destination

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@13cabs been waiting one and a half hours for a cab?
This is getting ridiculous!! Regular user. I'm not happy.

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

@Uber_Australia how / where do i complain about bad customer service your driver gave me?

[Shane Mohr @shane_mohr]

I wish i was #stuckinbali right now.
