That one time when I deleted the X app, like I did the Twitter app, Facebook app, and Instagram app because as it turns out, nothing actually changed, nothing actually improved. Social media does NOT bring out the best in people.
@BetteMidler I humbly submit that laws and rules, even punishment are not deterrents. History has made that clear. I propose that we evolve. Education is very likely our only chance.
@stevecox51 @MarioNawfal Dead is dead, there is no deader than dead. Solutions are not found by pointing a finger, that’s just finding a comfort in what should not be comfortable. Looking to politicians to save us is the fail we are all guilty of.
@anastaza Indeed. Too long. Social media in my opinion is rather toxic, it doesn’t seem to bring out the best in people, or me, I elect to not participate. I do miss these connections.
@anastaza It’s good but the sugar is high. 2gm per serving is my cut off. And this is only safe from a dietary perspective, if you keep your fat consumption low, all the time. From a health perspective, I am a huge fan of rice, but I’d be remiss to not mention - arsenic.
Politicians are ALL bad apples. (No exceptions, no delusion.)
I don’t seek government handouts. I don’t need anyone telling me how to live my life. I don’t tell others how to live theirs. I can handle my own problems. I’m strong on my own. Which political party shares this?
