Five years ago, I started a drinking game company with my best friend.

Since then, we’ve sold close to 500,000 games, gotten into retailers like Spencer’s and Barnes & Noble, and had some pretty crazy moments along the way.

The part I regret?

I barely documented it.

No posts about the viral moments. No behind-the-scenes of packing orders. No lessons from the wins and failures.

Also using Microsoft Clarity to see user interaction. Always interesting seeing what they are clicking on that may not lead anywhere.
