@USCIS I’ve tried Emma. Key problem is it insists on an American phone number to progress any query. As many are living abroad simply doesn’t work! I also laughed when I saw this too!

@USCIS Having extreme problems accessing any help. A fundamental issue is “Emma” insists on an American phone number! For people outside USA that simply doesn’t work. Can’t get any query in. Very frustrating.
