@SadieintheSun_@potterybarn@Martabe@martabe and @potterybarn really need to hire someone from Amazon operations, where 25 years ago as a young startup they could track inventory and orders a million times better than the ridiculous logistics of PB / Williams Sonoma.
@potterybarn @WriteWorkshopNY Hahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahah, review it to tell him what? You have no clue where his couch is. “I’ve emailed our warehouse and they say it is on the way to the delivery center.” That means he’ll have his couch between 3 days and 6 months from now! 😂
@potterybarn@GirlPowerLisa 7-business day dock search…how do they keep losing large expensive furniture pieces?!? Incredibly poor logistics for a multi-billion $ company. When they create yr replacement order, be sure to tell them multiple times that a replacement should be expedited, not back of the line
@potterybarn@_Danielle0725 Hahahahahaha, of course! Just Dm them, so a rep can tell you they also have no idea where your item is, and maybe help by initiating a “dock search” that for some reason takes 5-7 business days to look for a sofa that seems to be lost in a wormhole.
@Jennife86760170 @always_oges @potterybarn@camillestyles@Hayaisreading@windowshopgal That is amazing. They would prefer us to just stop complaining and go away?? Still waiting on my $5k sleeper sofa, ordered April 17, credit card charged Aug 8, sofa mysteriously lost on Sept 20 delivery day, replacement supposedly on its way after many contacts/complaints.
@sb2761@potterybarn@off_palmer Nothing but lies. They charged me $5k for a sofa on August 8 saying to expect it mid-September. Now, no sofa, expected delivery in February, and credit card interest accruing!
@Edug8r_girl @LottieG11686864 @westelm These were cancelled deliveries? That’s what happened to me. I would be much more understanding of supply chain delays, but saying they have it, scheduling delivery, then cancelling on delivery day is infuriating.
@off_palmer@potterybarn They charged my credit card August 8 for a sofa ordered in April, with a delivery date in September. Then they lost the sofa, and now say a replacement will arrive by February. Not refunding my card since a replacement is on the way…
@potterybarn There is absolutely no chance that if you order this table today, you’ll have it for Thanksgiving. Check out @westelmscam for plenty of recent examples of furniture from these @WilliamsSonoma companies taking months longer than the website estimates to be delivered, if at all.
@potterybarn Before they’re gone?? Oooh, you mean like when my sleeper sofa was mysteriously lost on the scheduled and confirmed delivery date. Now for our holidays the visiting family gets to sleep on the floor! Thanks, Pottery Barn!
@potterybarn Love this response where they state the delivery estimates on their website are inaccurate. How can they still survive as a company?? Has Amazon taught these people nothing about online order fulfillment?
