Most of what he said internally he never communicated with shane, and shane never did those things

@1lyatwt @Hollzy2013 you keep mentioning “shanes plan” like he was the only one that came up with it. MOST of their issue was the fact that ilya never communicated that he wasn’t into the plan anymore. Shane had no reason to think it was causing him problems, and when he DID, ilya shut him down.
