issues with @Verizon wireless - calls not going through. @VerizonSupport provided some support - go to the Vz store - find out we are having service issues because we refuse to upgrade to unlimited plan which costs us $$. Didn’t realize quality is based on $$. 25+ yr customer 👋🏼

Why is it so hard for companies to respond? @HiltonGrandVac @cruisesonly have left 6 messages over the past 3 weeks with 2 different customer service reps and can’t get a simple call back. Never buy timeshares - they promise a lot but deliver little.

Is it really any wonder that @amazon dropped @FedEx ? For the second time in two weeks, packages I’ve ordered have been delayed by the weather. The first time it was rainy and almost 70 degrees. Same thing today - same weather. #excuses

I want to be a loyal @AmericanAir passenger but it’s so hard. Flight to Chicago Monday delayed 6 hrs, flight back home now delayed for the second time. And I have lots of 500-mile upgrades that I can’t use because I’m not gold. I pay $99/yr for cc too. Why.
