This court order in 1938,39,40 (colonial period) rejected #Kuki settlement in Thawai village (Ukhrul District).Kukis were allowed to settle without Lousal (ownership) & they couldn't take Lamban (tax) from Manipuris. Instead Kukis had to pay Lamban to Thawai village. Link in cmt
