@ejtaub Its nice to have hope. But i have lost my faith in the system. With all the problems that's going on in my life, this eb backlog has been the one that keeps me pulling me back to depression. This ed backlog has become the story of my life. I just want break FREE from it.

@David_J_Bier It's mentally exhausting to be on H1b. Try explaining to a kid why she can't be there for her loved ones funeral because there is no appointments for stamping. It gets to you. Makes you question if anything was even worth it.
I wish I knew US immigration laws better before coming to US to do Masters degree here on a full scholarship. I had no idea of the birth country caps. My education, skills made no difference and all that mattered to US was my birth country. I may have gone elsewhere.
