@rushlane There's a Petrol pump in Raipur "Jai jawan Fuels" near Bhagat Singh chowk,
I few days back there were around 100 vehicles ( Bikes & Car) protesting of Water mixed with Petrol & Diesel.
Maybe this vehicle is also victim of that
