thankful for: insane distraction & resistance during my newest practice (yes, it's working!). the sound of boiling water. the anticipation of pasta (again!). knowing the more i check, the less likely the thing i want to happen will have happened. patience. warm evening rain.

one of our insurance companies has decided we now have to fill out a pdf & upload to make a claim, instead of the automated computer form filled in ~6 steps. it once again becomes ever more warlike to use services we pay for, as though we are enemies instead of customers.
