@virginmedia ask you to send proof of new address, they don’t provide the postcode, you ask on many occasions where to send this to. You get ignored, you escalate a complaint, they tell you it’s dealt with. You wake up this morning and £300 fee has been taken from you! FIX THIS!

@renault_uk what is this? had my Arkana 73plate esprit alpine for 4months. It’s done this from day one, been back in - no faults found. Then 2 weeks ago an electric motor failure and now just having the car back, here we are again and the auto lights! FAULTY CAR I want gone!

@Honda_UK faulty engines on Civics, recalls that destroy engines. unless you bought the civic from them directly or in Scotland (Parks) they will not provide you with a courtesy. Our car is inoperable due to these NUMEROUS faults! But Arnold Clark aren’t good enough for Honda!
