@AmazonHelp I have and I have gotten the same response both times from two different social media reps telling me that I’m a liar 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ve even sent receipts. So again if you’re going to rep @amazon then please educate the employees that handle any kind of customer service.

Who does everyone use or book preorders that isn't @amazon (who apparently can't even fix a glitch in their system after contacting support 3 times now and ship my book)? #Brimstone should have been here yesterday and I had an issue with #Quicksilver repeatedly arriving damaged.

@AmazonHelp @amazon you have @AmazonHelp reach out to “help” and I take the time to fill out a form only to receive an email saying I’m basically a liar from a social media rep who doesn’t even know how you process purchases using gift cards. Please educate your own people. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@gogowrites @DoorDash Yeah only sandwiches. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches and the minute he walked up I knew it was wrong because of how they pack the delivery now.

😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 ordered delivery through Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and apparently they use @DoorDash and the dasher shows up without my drinks and tried to convince me everything was in one bag even though I showed him. No idea if he’s coming back.

@kfc my local restaurant is bringing down your brand. Not giving all our food, trying to rush, no receipt. I try to call and it either just rings or no one ever calls you back. It’s comfort food for my KY raised hubby and sucks when we have such poor service here.

I had preordered the Quicksilver deluxe edition book. The one that came AND the replacement both came with damaged dust covers and one that was crunched. Do better @amazon . You used to package books really thoughtfully, but this has me rethinking all the preorder books.

Why is it that my local @Target seems to have gone downhill in customer service? Shelves are empty. Stuff left in wrong sections are there for weeks. Checkout takes forever especially between 2-4pm. This used to be the best one, but rapidly becoming the worst in the area.

@BlizzardCS Here we go again. Went into LFR on Stormrage US and we're almost through the boss fight and everyone completely lags out. So we queued and fought to the boss just to lag and find ourselves DCed and no loot from boss. Clearly it's not just WoW.

Getting really frustrated with @amazon not actually delivering on time & then not shipping an item & me waiting, I try to cancel (it won't let me & I could rebuy & get it faster), I contact customer service and they say it's cancelled, & I still get charged. Why pay for Prime?

Did an intern touch the M+ key difficulty panels at @BlizzardCS today? I've run some of those dungeons and esp MOTS and NEVER had people basically one shot on that last boss like that. I've run at that level and higher and NEVER seen that. #WorldofWarcraft
