Eternal rest grant unto @laurentvidal. O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@ROB_DALLIMORE Cheers bro. Should be fun.

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@reado79 I don't think there will be much 'pro' about it with everything else I've got planned - I'll be clocking 6hr training weeks!

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@reado79 I only retired from pro racing remember! May go back short in summer 15/16.

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@reado79 didn't look at the clock ether ;) #nodoubtveryslow

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@jonny_brownlee go @SophieCorbidge !!

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@scottbstyris England scored an own goal there!

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

I shared some wisdom at the Taranaki Toa IronMaori Training Camp on the weekend #inspiration #progressgoals #whanau

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@reado79 @WillOC0nnor na I reckon Ben Smith, 1:21, he can do everything. Beauden Barrett would be pretty quick too.

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@reado79 @WillOC0nnor yea I was thinking about 1:35 as well. Who would be the fastest All Black?

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@reado79 @WillOC0nnor How fast you you reckon Richie McCaw could run a #halfmarathon?

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@reado79 @WillOC0nnor and 1:10-1:15 would be on the other side of the peak.

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@reado79 @WillOC0nnor I'd say there is likely to be a Gaussian correlation between half marathon time & being a good rugby player.

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@reado79 "Tell him he's dreaming"

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@reado79 miles will be easy, finding the speed will be the challenge! #threeminutesthirtyperk

[Shanon Stallard @ShanonStallard]

@reado79 haha yes the pies out. One more game of rugby this wked then I'll pause that as its time to run, run and find some speed!
