To be honest, when I read a woman write that "Men are like this.....; Men are responsible for.....', a part of me is like "; but I am not like that; most men that I know are not like that, why club us with the monsters?

But do we have a way of telling women who is who?
Can we confidently tell our sisters/wives/daughters that just stay away from "this particular" type of people, and they will be safe? The answer is No.
And that's why, as much as it hurts us, "Not All Men" cannot be our defence.

As a doctor, I am horrified and outraged by the tragic death of a 31-year-old postgraduate doctor at RG Kar Medical College. She was found in a semi-nude state, raising serious questions about the safety and security of medical professionals in our institutions. The allegations of rape and murder are spine chilling, and the lack of security is utterly unacceptable. She did not even have an on call room to take rest and there was absolutely no security personnel around during the duty hours.

How can we focus on saving lives when our own lives are at risk within the very walls meant to protect and educate us? The attempts to cover up this heinous crime as a suicide are beyond disgraceful. All of us should demand a full and transparent investigation and justice for Moumita must prevail!
