@enlightenedJim@ABC Um, doing anything on purpose is more competent than doing things accidentally. And releasing prisoners after serving time, whatever that might be, is a core component of our justice system.
@SILVERGOLDBTC28@LeadingReport Really? Senate seats? Also knowing how many people are where, regardless of their immigration status, is useful knowledge, and knowledge is always power. Choosing to be blind sans ignorant is simply foolish.
@joelxroberts@kylegriffin1 And they most recently claimed none of it was classified, so they effectively said it’s okay to publish. I don’t understand you’re confusion.
@MistaMarshall00 @billmaher Even if the middle has slid right? It isn’t about being in the middle—it’s about being progressive. The only middle that matters is the middle class. Once Democrats start protecting and growing it again, everyone will be much more ready to embrace newer cultural developments.
@deerefarmers @PeteButtigieg There’s nowhere to go if they all choose to have the same fees, especially if those fees are formally supported by a federal law that expressly allows or even requires it. How many different banks do you think there are in this country? Do you know nothing about antitrust law?
@3rddegreebyrn@PeteButtigieg Which trillions? Where? I genuinely don’t think you understand how much a trillion is. Where is there a trillion dollars of cost to cut?
@AustinFeyd@elonmusk Until he posts a complete accounting of every data field that exists in the SSA database’s scheme and the details of the query he used to generate these tables, we can’t know if he’s misinterpreting the data due to a lack of specialized institutional knowledge.
@AustinFeyd@elonmusk Because he’s showing you the results of his own query. Without analysis of the backups, you can’t verify if his query is sufficient, especially given how old and complicated a database like this must be, given the number of migrations it has made to different systems.
@elonmusk Musk also isn’t and can’t show backups for these tables. The fact that he’s sharing a tiny screenshot of a basic table is a bit suss. Old databases can be very complex, with the actual truth surfacing in a complex query factoring in numerous data fields.
@elonmusk This is a known problem already found by the same IGs Trump just fired for investigating Musks companies. DOGE is re-doing work already done which is a waste of time. Improper payments account for a fraction of a % of payments, an error rate better than any found in private orgs
@boss_mario@SheriffSF Depends on how they were behaving. Sometimes critical reading requires not just reading between the lines but also taking note of what information was absent in a piece of journalism.
@getalongyoufool@isaiahrmartin I don’t think you understand just how dynamic prices can be on a fresh food supply chain. Shifts in supply can be gigantic, while demand will be static and unforgiving.
