Mumbai worst terminal transfer T1 to T2 & vice versa. Frequency for shuttle bus is too low, Neither airport staff nor Indigo Airlines takes responsibility. I am about to miss flight with family it is even a nightmare exp.

Worst exp at Train 15231 on 27th Jan frm varanasi to RAIPUR- PNR 6530859843Train delayed by 7 hrs, supposed to reach at 2.20pm but rchd at 9.30pm.missed the train 18517 frm RAIPUR-Vskp,PNR 6730860311.
Unable to file online TDR,plz refund for both PNR. Stn master not admited tdr.

@airindiain worst experience facing from Air India. GST Invoice is not issued by airlines after my booking on 13th October via Make my trip and requested Air India to issue GST Invoice, But they are quoting 45 days to issue.
Is this not an Non-Compliance delaying the Invoice ??
