@TeamYouTube Having trouble w/YPP onboarding. Have AdSense account from 2011. Getting YPP step 2 error. Click through, get onboarding "completed all the steps", but no hint of YouTube-specific setup. UI to add payment details is gray/non-functional. Tax forms in review. Ideas?
