Metropolitan Archbishop of Cape Coast, Most Reverend Charles Gabriel Palmer-Buckle, hits the dance floor after being moved by the rhythm of jama music.
Quite a long time I saw a talent like this from our shs. Mixture of Adina, Efya, Mzvee and Becca. Somebody tell her I’m a fan of her.
She should send her works to me. I’ll post for free..

IF YOU CANNOT CHANGE, YOU CANNOT GROW!
At the press conference announcing Microsoft’s acquisition of Nokia, the CEO ended his speech with these striking words: “We didn’t do anything wrong, but somehow, we lost.”
Nokia was once a global giant. They didn’t necessarily do anything wrong in their day-to-day business. The problem was that the world around them changed too fast. Competitors adapted quickly, embraced new technologies, and seized new opportunities. Nokia missed the wave. They didn’t learn fast enough. They didn’t change soon enough. And eventually, they lost not only market share, but their very survival.
The truth is simple: if you don’t change, you will be removed from the competition.
It’s not wrong to hold on to what you know. But if your thinking and mindset cannot keep pace with the times, irrelevance is inevitable.
5 Leadership Lessons from the Nokia Story
1.Change is inevitable. Yesterday’s advantage can quickly become today’s weakness if you refuse to evolve.
2.Learning never stops. Leaders who stop learning, stop leading. Competitors who keep learning will overtake you.
3.Proactivity beats survival. Choosing to change on your own terms gives you a second chance. Being forced to change is often the beginning of decline.
4.Innovation is leadership. If you are not innovating, you are only maintaining while others are creating the future.
5.Results require new approaches. Repeating the same old methods while expecting different results is a recipe for failure.
Let this story guide your leadership journey. Refuse to be comfortable with past success. Refuse to cling to outdated methods. Refuse to stop growing.
Those who adapt, survive.
Those who grow, lead.
Have a terrific Tuesday, and remember - Leadership is change in action.
