Both long term holds #AVCT & #COPL have had great news recently but price looks disconnected. Waiting it out and expecting big increase from both over 6/12/18 months

Question regarding #COPL relisting - will the prospectus be made public at the same time it is submitted to the regulator?
Or will we be told it has been submitted but we won’t get to see it until closer to relisting date?
