so we started with a blind test.

but Here's what nobody's measuring 👇

30-second clips.
no labels.

nobody on the team could reliably tell them apart.

not once.

But our videos are 2-3 minutes of continuous narration,

And at that length things show up that short clips never did.

Flatness by minute two.

Drift between scenes.

Pacing that stops following the script.

Long narration is generated in chunks, and the engine doesn't remember the previous chunk.

Each segment sounds right on its own.

Consistency across three minutes is a different problem, and benchmarks don't measure it.
